Asta graduated with a master‘s degree from the Law Faculty of the Vilnius University in 2008.

Asta is currently enrolled in a PhD programme at the Kent Law School. Her research looks at the particular socio-legal context in which the project on financial education emerged as a regulatory tool for consumer protection.
